An association between tooth wear and bruxism has long been suspected and multiple studies have been on the topic. In order to assess the outcomes of these studies a scoping review was performed at Radboudumc. The following collection pertains the data from this scoping review on the association between tooth wear and bruxism. Via a systematic approach and following PRISMA guidelines, articles were screened, included and data extracted according to protocol.
This resulted in a data extraction sheet (Excel) containing all the retrieved data items. All figures and tables in the publication are based on this file. A Word document was made to describe the fields in the Excel sheet for external users. All variables in the sheet were transformed into readable, English descriptions. This file does not contain the raw data for the supplementary files, which are openly accessible through the publication.
