In this dataset, you will find RNA sequencing data derived from human intestinal tissue and corresponding intestinal organoid monolayers from the jejunum and ileum region of the intestine for adults and ileum region for pediatric donors (0-18y). Intestinal samples were collected from adult and pediatric patients (0-18 years olds). Intestinal stem cells were used to culture intestinal organoid monolayers. Intestinal tissue and enteroid monolayers were RNA sequenced to identify similarilies/differences focussed on drug transporters and intestinal integrity markers.
