Radboudumc dataset concerning recurrence after piecemeal endoscopic mucosal resection

This collection contains the pseudonymized datasets and analysis code underlying the associated publication. The study evaluated recurrence rates, post-EMR scar identification, and associated factors at early surveillance colonoscopy, as well as subsequent surveillance outcomes, following piecemeal endoscopic mucosal resection (pEMR) performed between 2014 and 2021 in five Dutch hospitals. The collection includes two pseudonymized tabular datasets, along with SPSS and R scripts used for data preparation and statistical analyses. Variables cover patient demographics, lesion and procedural characteristics, early surveillance colonoscopy findings, and follow-up outcomes.
