This study was performed to test the precision when measuring the progression of tooth wear in mm using direct intra-oral scans. Scans were made in a university clinic setting on patients with and without tooth wear. Scans were repeated, or measurements were repeated by one or more observers to test the precision. In this collection, for all subsets the measured height or volume differences per patient, tooth and/or surface are given in the SPSS sheets and an explanation sheet is available as a Word file. This will detail all columns and variables used. Additionally, the syntax based on this data is given and the numerical results as text files.
