Adding patient motion from DCE-MRI to anthropomorphic phantoms for dedicated breast CT

This dataset was created as part of the EU-funded project BREAST4D (Grant Agreement ID: 864929, DOI: 10.3030/864929), which aimed to develop and validate a 4D breast imaging modality for personalized breast cancer treatment. This dataset contains B-spline transformations describing motion between consecutive frames in breast DCE-MRI. Those transformations were extracted by non/rigid registration of the frames. The included transformations can be used to assess the severity and type of motion patterns that can occur during long breast MRI scans in prone position. The authors would like to highlight that those transformations describe inter-frame motion only.
