This repository contains data for the study "Deep Learning Based Detection and Segmentation of Liver Trauma from Computed Tomography Images". This pilot study aimed to evaluate the performance of a deep learning model in the detection of liver injury as a first step in the development of an automated assessment system. This collection stores the final model weights, code necessary to run said model and some imaging samples to verify its operation.
