This dataset contains three files with data about medical students’ learning goals and assessments in/of their senior clerkship. The data is originates from two clerkship groups (‘cogroepen’), with in total 56 students. This data gives insight into explore the role of learning goals on the professional development of the students, and specifically examines if students create transition-related learning goals in their senior clerkship (the transition from medical student to junior doctor). The (numeric and written) assessments provide insight into how the students actually perform, and if ‘transitions’ are mentioned by the supervisors in the evaluations.
