Migration, work, and health: Mapping the evidence. Working paper for Horizon Europe project DignityFIRM.

Ertel, M.

This DignityFIRM working paper was produced for the EU Horizon project DignityFIRM (grant agreement no. 101094652) by the Bielefeld School of Public Health. It is a systematized literature review for the purpose of providing an overview of the existing evidence on the interrelations between migration, work, and health. To this end, we conducted two systematized searches in two databases (PubMed and Web of Science) each. One search aimed at identifying published review papers on migration, work, and health; the other search aimed at identifying published empirical research or reviews on migration, work, and health in farm-to-fork-sectors. A systematic search and screening process yielded N=17 review papers (1st search) and N=34 publications relating to the specific context of farm-to-fork industries (2nd search). Both bodies of literature were narratively synthesized. For the current collection, the Radboud University acts as both publisher and administrator. The Radboud University handles the storage and access of the data through the Radboud Data Repository, in consultation with and on behalf of the partners of the Horizon Europe project.
