Pronouns of address in services marketing

The data was collected in May 2023. It explores the perception of different use of second-person pronouns (je, jij and u) in service ads in Dutch. The methodology used for the data collection was an online experiment. In the collection we present both the raw data resulting from this online data collection ('Pronouns of address in services marketing_Raw Data') as the transformed data used for further analysis ('data_5cats', 'data_all_participants', 'data_dislike' and 'data_like'). File 'Rcode_model.R' presents all the analysis run in R. 'Additional tests' presents an outcome of an additional analysis which is referred to in the article.
