Wearanize+ OA is an open-access version of the Wearanize+ dataset. It comprises overnight sleep recordings from 130 healthy participants (one night each) aged between 18 and 39 years (mean = 23.16 years, SD = 4.34; 89F & 41M). Each participant's sleep was recorded simultaneously using three wearable devices—a Zmax EEG headband, an Empatica E4 wristband, and an ActivPAL leg patch—alongside full polysomnography (PSG) using SOMNOscreen plus or Mentalab Explore Pro (for a few participants). The PSG data has been manually sleep-scored by two expert sleep scorers and automatically sleep-scored by USleep v2.0. All three sets of sleep scores are included in the dataset. However, Wearanize+ OA does not include the participants’ responses to the questionnaires, which are part of the Wearanize+ dataset. If you use this dataset in your work, please cite the reference paper (doi.org/10.1093/sleepadvances/zpaf094) and the primary Wearanize+ dataset (doi.org/10.34973/j6jf-9e62). For more details, see the associated GitHub page (GitHub.com/Niloy333/Wearanize_plus). Please note that both the Wearanize+ and Wearanize+ OA datasets may only be used for scientific research purposes. By using either dataset, you agree that you will not attempt to identify any participant.
