This contains the raw Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Open Field Test (OFT), and Sucrose Preference Test (SPT) for our study "Tabernanthalog Enhances Lateral Cortical Connectivity, While Suppressing Locomotion in Mice".
Mice were administered either saline, the anti-depressant fluoxetine, or the 5HTR2a receptor agonist Tabernanthalog. Mice underwent the Open Field Test for anixety/defensive behaviour, the Sucrose Preference Test for hedonic behaviour, and task-free functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
The MRI data is organized according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS). The OFT and SPT outcomes are provided as tabular data in the bids/participants.tsv file. The variable descriptions are provided in the bids/participants.json file. A summary of the groups and MRI procedure is provided in bids/README.
The raw OFT videos are also available under oft_raw. The filename key and corresponding mouse positions are provided in bids/participants.tsv. Videos were recorded with a HiWatch Turbo HD camera.
