This dataset contains fMRI and pupillometry data from autistic and neurotypical individuals watching the animated Pixar short movie 'Partly Cloudy'. The movie contains discrete events that elicit mental state inferences and control events (Jacoby et al., 2016; Richardson et al., 2018). In addition, the movie allows the viewers to build a mental representation of the narrative over time, showing variable responses between participants in both modalities included in the dataset.
