The dataset was derived from 7 Tesla diffusion-weighted MRI data acquired from healthy young adult participants of the Human Connectome Project (n = 172; https://www.humanconnectome.org/ ). It was used to investigate hemispheric lateralisation in 56 bilateral white-matter pathways. The collection includes diffusion MRI–derived tract-specific quantitative metrics, analysis scripts, and statistical analysis outputs.
